Terms of Use
1. Nature of the service
League of Doctor is an AI-powered educational simulation and game for medical students and physicians. The patients are fictional and generated by artificial intelligence. Nothing in the app — cases, drug monographs, library articles, ICD content or AI output — is medical advice, and none of it may be used as a source for real clinical decisions or patient care.
2. Eligibility and account
You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. When creating an account you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials secure. Email verification is mandatory. You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account, which permanently removes your data.
3. Fair play
- Manipulating leaderboards or matchmaking (multiple accounts, intentional losing, collusion) is prohibited.
- Systematically copying, scraping or redistributing case and library content is prohibited.
- Entering real patient data or another person's health information into the app is prohibited.
- Harassment of other players and abusive content in names, bios or chat is prohibited.
- Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
4. What is free and what is paid
All gameplay is free: unlimited cases, ranked matches, friend lobbies, tournaments, leaderboards and the entire reference library. The free tier includes 10 patient-interview questions per day. Premium raises this to 100 questions per day and unlocks the AI performance analysis report.
5. Subscription, renewal and cancellation
Premium is an auto-renewing subscription sold through the Apple App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store rules; we cannot issue them directly. Institutional licenses are governed by a separate agreement.
6. Intellectual property
The app, case content, library content and brand assets belong to League of Doctor and may not be reproduced except for personal educational use. ICD-11 and ICD-10 classifications are published by the World Health Organization; Turkish ICD-10 titles are sourced from the Turkish Ministry of Health. Some medical history content is derived from Wikipedia under CC BY-SA 4.0, with attribution shown on the relevant entries.
7. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the service, and may change these terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date; continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
8. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for any clinical, academic, financial or indirect damages arising from use of this educational simulation.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.
